Live Hatsune Miku

I had heard about a live Hatsune Miku concert some time ago but never took the time to look into it. When my daughter forwarded me a link to a video of one of the live concerts I was totally amazed. I would really like to know how they put this all together. The 3D imaging and synchronizing the music and all.
